Plain-language terms. If anything here contradicts the marketing site, this page wins — but we'd rather you flag it and we fix it.
1 · The service
orderdesk is a WhatsApp-based order tracking and payment-reminder service for resellers, with an optional web dashboard. It captures orders from messages you forward, tracks their status, sends payment reminders to your buyers via approved WhatsApp templates, and provides summaries and exports.
orderdesk is a bookkeeping aid. It does not process payments, hold money, or guarantee that any buyer pays.
2 · Subscription & pricing
- Pilot plan: ₹499/month for the first 500 sellers. The price is locked for as long as your subscription remains active.
- Standard plan: ₹999/month at general availability.
- Billing is monthly via Razorpay. WhatsApp message costs for reminders and digests are included; we may set reasonable caps on reminder frequency per buyer.
- If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current price applies.
3 · Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime — one message on WhatsApp or from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't do prorated refunds for partial months, but if the service materially fails for you in your first week, message us and we'll refund that month, no interrogation.
4 · Your responsibilities
- Use a WhatsApp number you own and are entitled to use.
- Only forward orders from customers you have a genuine business relationship with. You are responsible for having their consent to share their details with a bookkeeping service.
- Don't use orderdesk for spam, harassment, or anything illegal in India. Don't try to break, probe or overload the service.
- Keep your dashboard login codes private — a code sent to the bot signs into your account.
5 · WhatsApp / Meta policies
orderdesk operates on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Business Messaging Terms. Meta may suspend messaging capabilities for policy violations; such suspensions are outside our control. We will tell you if one affects your account.
6 · Data
Your data belongs to you. Export it anytime as CSV. On cancellation we retain data for 30 days, then delete it on request or at the window's end. Details in the privacy policy.
7 · Service level, honestly
We run orderdesk on reliable infrastructure and monitor it, but the service is provided "as is". We don't promise zero downtime and aren't liable for lost profits, missed reminders or consequential losses beyond the subscription fees you paid in the preceding month. If the bot misreads a message, it asks rather than guesses — but final order decisions are always yours.
8 · Changes
We may update these terms; material changes get announced to active sellers at least 14 days ahead. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
9 · Governing law & contact
