Do my buyers need to install anything?
No. Reminders arrive as normal WhatsApp messages from the orderdesk business number, with your UPI ID inside. Buyers just tap and pay — and if a buyer replies "paid", you get notified instantly so you can confirm.
Is my buyers' data safe?
Only what's needed to track orders: names, numbers, items, amounts. Stored in your own dedicated database, never sold, never used for marketing. Delete everything anytime with one message.
What if the bot misreads a forwarded order?
Every captured order gets an instant confirmation bubble — you see name, amount and number before anything else happens. Wrong? Reply CANCEL <order#> or SET <order#> 98765 43210, or just forward again.
