Privacy policy.
The short version: we store only what tracking your orders needs, we never sell it, and you can delete all of it with one message.
1 · What we collect
To run your order desk we store:
- Your details — WhatsApp number, shop name, UPI ID, language preference, plan status.
- Your orders — customer name, customer WhatsApp number, items, amount, status, and any payment-proof image you attach.
- Messages you send the bot — kept so we can debug misreads and prove what happened to an order.
- Waitlist signups — name, phone and email you enter on this website.
We do not collect payment card details. Buyers pay you directly via UPI; money never passes through us.
2 · What we never do
- Never sell or rent your data, or your buyers' data, to anyone.
- Never message your buyers for marketing. The only messages they receive are the order reminders you trigger or approve.
- Never use one seller's data to benefit another seller.
3 · How messages flow (Meta / WhatsApp)
orderdesk uses the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API operated by Meta. When you or your buyers exchange messages with the bot, message content passes through Meta's infrastructure under the WhatsApp Business Messaging Terms and Meta Privacy Policy. Reminder templates are pre-approved by Meta and sent only for your order follow-ups.
4 · Where data lives
Your data is stored in a dedicated database on our server at Google Cloud (us-central1), encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Access is restricted to the founder and automated service processes. We keep nightly backups.
5 · Cookies & login
The dashboard uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. If we ever add analytics, it will be privacy-respecting and listed here first.
6 · Your rights
- Export — download your full order history as CSV from the dashboard anytime.
- Delete — message us on WhatsApp or email us and we will delete your seller record, orders and buyer data, typically within 7 days.
- Correct — fix any field via the bot (SET) or dashboard settings.
7 · Retention
After you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it on request or at the end of that window. Backups rotate automatically.
8 · Changes & contact
If this policy changes materially, we'll message active sellers before it takes effect. Questions, exports or deletion requests:
